Through a grant SWHHS was awarded an opportunity to help identify and serve at risk children through the Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP). This grant allows families to voluntarily access support or services as a means to prevent child abuse and neglect. The program is available to families where at least 1 child is age 10 or under and there has been an identified need for assistance or case management.
