This Elderly Waiver (EW) program is for a person who is age 65 or older, is a current Medical Assistance (MA) recipient, and is eligible for support services.

Notice is hereby given that Southwest Health and Human Services will accept proposals for group Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance until 3pm June 30th, 2026. Request for Proposal specifications may be obtained from Integrity Employee Benefits at 866-437-7977, or email [email protected] . Southwest Health and Human Services reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities, and to make the award that is in the best interests of the group. Southwest Health and Human Services desires a long-term relationship for this program and will maintain so, as long as cost and services are satisfactory.
