Southwest Health and Human Services currently has an opening for a Restorative Practices Social Worker. This positions location is Marshall preferred, but not required.
Southwest Health and Human Services (SWHHS) is a multi-county agency committed to strengthening individuals, families and communities by providing quality services in a respectful, caring and cost-effective manner.
The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate Circles, Mappings and Family Group Decision Making meetings and provide case management for a small caseload of justice involved youth. Some evening work is required with this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field.
or
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency.

Starting Rate of Pay: $25.60/hr in 2024 and $26.10/hr in 2025
