Regular clinic dates are usually the 3rd Monday of each month at the Lyon County Southwest Health and Human Services office, 607 West Main Street Suite 200, Marshall, MN (on the second floor).

Please bring immunization records to the clinics. There is a $20.00 charge per shot (unless unable to pay). We ask that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by parent or legal guardian and you must wait 15 minutes after receiving the immunizations.
