Southwest Health and Human Services currently has an opening for a Network Administrator. This position will be based in our Marshall office location.

Position purpose:
This position serves as a central resource responsible for maintaining the Agency’s LAN, WAN, Wireless infrastructure, servers, Firewalls and related hardware and software. This position provides support for the network and is responsible for configuring, monitoring and maintaining all network systems including updates and patches, setup, configuration and maintenance of equipment. Maintain enterprise backup system including recovery jobs. Prepares and maintains documentation as needed. Daily use of VMware, Microsoft Active Directory, and switches. Capable of assisting the Information Technology Director in an emergency or disaster. Regular and predictable attendance. Some after-hours and weekend work will be required to maintain and administer systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of experience in network system administration
or
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with bachelor’s information technology, networking, cybersecurity or related degree;
or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Human Resources.
and
- Pass a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) background check with fingerprint submission

Starting Rate of Pay: $54,699 – $94,910 annual salary
